Defective Apple Watch
Just received a brand new / in the box Apple Watch on December 1st. Upon trying to pair the watch to my phone, I wasn’t able to turn the watch on. Figured that possibly the battery was low. Tried charging the watch for 24 hours and still no go..I will get the white Apple logo that fades to red/orange is come on for a second and then the screen goes black. Purchased from
AAAAUniverse which has a good rating and a lot of transactions. But after I was having issues, I read a review of a person who was having the same Apple Watch issue as I was. He never could get a response from the seller ( I’m experiencing the same). Of course this is after the fact but the site claims no returns..which I get but if you are selling defective items and not trying to make it right..you are fraud. Person that had left the bad review that he had to go thru
PayPal and eBay to get a refund.

Go to the listing and click the eBay Money Back Guarantee banner.
The no returns in the listing only covers instances where the buyer had a remorse return. Things like, don’t like the color, or, changed my mind.
It is not a way for a seller to sell garbage with no recourse.
When you leave feedback, if feedback is even an option when you’re done, do not mention eBay or PayPal assisting in your refund.
If reported, those comments will be removed by eBay.
