Defective and Incorrect Parts Request for Resolution
Hello,
I need assistance with an item I purchased through eBay that I am unable to locate in my purchase history.
Here are the details I have:

Delivered: October 21, 2025
Seller: Mariano Casado / Options69 Inc
Ship From: Sparks, Nevada
After installing the power seat components, I discovered multiple issues:
The chrome panel provided is not correct for a 1961 Impala (wrong year/fitment)
The switch provided is also incorrect
The transmission was defective and would not operate properly due to a damaged gear
Because of these issues, I had to repair the unit and purchase the correct parts separately, as well as pay for additional labor and installation.
I have already incurred significant additional costs and will still need to complete chrome work to make the parts usable.
Since the item was not as described and defective, I am requesting assistance in locating this order and a partial refund of $600 to help cover these additional expenses.
I can provide photos and documentation if needed.
