I voluntarily refunded a partial refund to a buyer. Is this counted as a defection, thereby affecting my seller rate?

Mentor2 years agoNo, a partial refund is not a defect. If the buyer opened a not as described return, that counts against your service metrics, but it is not a defect counting against your seller rating.
