Defected Men Cologne
Good morning, I purchased a CREED men cologne to gift my husband for Christmas, when he opened we discovered that the nozzle does not work. I made the purchase in October is authentication guaranteed. I don't want a refund, I just want to get it replaced. I car return the one I have back, it hasn't been used, just opened. Please advise.

Ebay does not have an Authenticity Guarantee program for cologne. Be that as it may, the eBay 30-day Money Back Guarantee for defective items ends 30 days after delivery.
Your option now is to contact your payment source and possibly file a chargeback against the Seller. They also have deadlines.
