Defected item, does not work.
First, it was my fault for not trying the sewing machine as soon as I received it. Five months has passed and I final tried the machine and it does not turn on. I tried to have it repaired by 2 separate people and no luck. Do I have any recourse in this issue? I can't even send in a review to be warned to other buyers. I have contacted the seller but no response. Is this a lost for me? I bought this for $280.00

Yes, it is too late to do anything with eBay, you are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
The Sellers knows they don't have to do anything for you, it's been too long. You will have to try pursuing a dispute with your funding source.
