Defected dvd sent from China.

Received a defected dvd series from corral 55. Unable to reach out to get the problem resolved. Unfortunately the series hannibal was sent from China. Is this the norm for China to sale defected dvds ?

When you choose to buy from sellers in China, you have a great risk of being scammed. You can get your money back if you act within deadlines, but that's extra work on your part.

To avoid this, ALWAYS check the feedback of a seller before you buy to see what experiences other members are having. While on the feedback page, you'll find the country of registration under the seller's user ID.
