Hi I had ordered this but I didn't have anything so I canceled it out of stock and refunded but I got defect please remove my defect please

Mentor3 years agoThe defect will not be removed. You refunded a paid order due to you being out of stock. This upsets buyers. EBay frowns on this and punishes sellers for it.

You want it removed, as if it were all just a big mistake? That was no mistake; that's the way it works ... you cancel a sale for the reason "out of stock" and your account gets a Defect. Responders here are users like yourself, that is, we're not eBay employees, and we can't make changes to your account. You might be able to get Customer Service to grant a courtesy removal of the Defect, if it's your first one and you convince them you're really sorry. And then again, you might not prevail.
