Defect rate low
I am not able to todo promoted listings. I have not had any cancellations in over 9 mo9nths and have 100% satisfaction status. I am also charged .35 for each new listing. What do I need to do to change the too high defect rate? How do I get a live customer support person to help. Thank you

You are charged .35 cents when you use up your 250 allotment for the month.
Automatic relists also come out of your monthly allotment.

Mentor1 year agoCustomer service cannot help with this issue. The defect percentage is totally automatic and is based on the number of defects compared to your sales and to the other sellers of your items. Unless you can successfully sell items without receiving more defects you will have to wait until the defects go off after one full year. So the more items you sell the lower the percentage will be until you get below the limit of 1%.
