Defect approval or removed

I had some defects removed but my current seller dashboard says below standard. The defects were the cause but I had them removed or approved for removal by eBay. Why is my account still restricted after the 72 hours

@copperkingus Account reviews happen on the 20th of each month and any changes go into affect on the 1st of the following month.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
