Defect
Hi,
I received a seller defect because a fraudulent buyer claimed my item is defective. I sent the item free of charge and I had to issue him also a return label as per eBay policy. I called them then and they acknowledged it is a fraudulent act and they agreed to remove the defect. This happened last year. When I checked this month I found the defect is still in place and called them to remove it but they refused to do it as it took place more than 90 days ago.
What can I do about this? They are adamant the defect won't be removed but I am not going to accept this decision. It is their fault and not mine.
PS. I managed to sell the item to an expert high street shop and I have proof the item is not defective.
