Defect
I talked to an e bay human on Monday at 8am regarding a dispute. They were to get back to me by Wednesday. Nothing so far. The phone number I called to set up a return call is now an automated run around. Is there a phone number to request a call back to find out the status of my refund request?

Have you opened an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay? That is how to start the refund process.
If the item was delivered 30 days or less ago, you are covered by the eBay 30-day Money Back Guarantee.
If it has been more than 30 days since delivery, eBay will not get involved. Your option is to file a chargeback with your payment company. They also have deadlines.
