What's the deal with the new defaults? Why is this needed since everything should be figured out at check out not before you even bid on/ win a auction

Are you talking about having to provide your payment information before you place a bid on an auction?
Are you talking about having to provide your payment information before sending an offer OR before accepting an offer?

OP3 years agoIt's about why I should have to allow/authorize ebay to automatically complete the check out on any item before I even bid on it. What if I want to send it as a gift to someone else or want to use a different but authorized payment method through PayPal such as a different bank account, credit card, PayPal credit, or PayPal pay in 4 ??!!
