Default calculated shipping
We’re reaching out to let you know that, starting May 15, your listings that display calculated shipping will default to showing eBay Labels discounted shipping rates. So, if my calculated shipping rate changes to the discounted ebay label price does my buyer pay that rate and not my original calculated shipping price. I do not use ebay labels.

Mentor2 years ago@bonemce_0 The buyer will pay the discounted rate unless you opt out. I know a lot of sellers charge the buyer the retail rate and buy the discounted eBay labels , or buy labels from Pirateship.com, for the items which they will still be able to do, but they have to opt out to passing on the discount to buyers.
