Default address vs address chosen in PayPal
I have 2 homes. When I paid through PayPal, I selected the correct address to send to the Florida house. But EBay changed that to my Michigan house, which is the account’s default address. I know it was EBay that made the change because I purchased from 5 different sellers, and all mailed to the wrong house. How do I prevent this going forward?

The ship-to address comes from eBay (no matter what payment method you use). When you check out, eBay displays your primary ship-to address and provides a change link below it so you can edit it for that shipment.
You need to update your addressed in your eBay Account settings here:
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
Add your new address and then delete the old one. Make sure you review the address shown at checkout EVERY time you order and change it there if needed before completing payment.
