Defamatory review
Hi
I just realized someone wrote an inaccurate nasty review about me, the transaction was made more than 90 days ago and I missed out on that defamatory review
Is there a way to cancel a bad inaccurate review after 90 days?

Mentor2 years ago@shaiplay-us Sorry but it's too late to ask for a feedback removal. You can ask the buyer for a feedback revision within 30 days of the date the feedback is left OR ask the eBay AI to remove the feedback within 30 days.
You did reply nicely for future buyers to see which is a good thing.

I'm not a power user on this platform, as a matter of fact I barely use it, out of curiosity I checked my profile, and I was shocked to see this mean defamatory review, whoever wrote this was lying, as I never "refused" any "request" for a refund....
So you're saying that after 30 days there's absolutely nothing to do in that regard?
I did reach out to the buyer, offered them a refund, and asked for some clarifications too

Mentor2 years ago@shaiplay-us There is no way to have it removed after 30 days IF it was even approved for removal by eBay.
And this far after the sale there is no reason for you to refund the buyer. They did all the damage they can to your account at this point. It's also not possible to refund after 90 days even if you wanted to.
