Deduction fees for turning on a PC?
I bought an all in one Computer.
But, because I had my own mouse and keyboard, never touched or opened the ones that came with in the box. I didn’t even open the batteries for the mouse.
The computer, which was supposed to be brand new, was glitchy and slow to load just the loading screen then I got a blue screen. I immediately packed it up and requested a refund.
I had to pay for the return label. But, figured $2 was better than keeping a new PC that acted like it was old and used.
I got the refund today minus $60 bucks because the pc “looked like it had been usedâ€
How am I supposed to see if something works if I don’t open it and try it & why should anyone get charged for this, especially if the only thing that was even removed from the box was the monitor.
$60 bucks for less than an hour out of the box seems excessive, is this a legitimate charge?

Mentor2 years agoIf you filed a Returns Request for an Item Not as Described, the seller pays for the return shipping. Then once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller has 2 days to give you a full refund.
