Mentor1 year ago@charles121268. Is it possible that the box was damaged in shipping on the way to the Authenticity center?
If yes then you may be able to file a postal insurance claim depending on the shipping method.
If you really think that eBay damaged the box you can try contacting customer service on social media. However I don't know how you can prove it was eBay's fault vs shipping damage.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
