Decline a return request
This lady purchased a pair of tennis shoes from me. She didn't even know after purchase if it was women's or men's shoes. Said they weren't as described. The pics she sent aren't even comparable to the original pics. What do I do?

Mentor4 months agoIf the buyer filed a return request with a VALID reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you are required to comply with the request.
When you receive the item and it is not the same item that you sent, you can contact Ebay.
