Deceptive Marketng
I believe I have been mis-lead in this purchase. The photos used in the online marketing display the colors used by Samsung electronics in their SSD family of products. Also, Samsung uses the 870 EVO as their marketing name for their SSD drives. The item shipped is labeled 870EVO SSD and appears as the marketing photo on the web. Nowhere on the product, or packaging does the name of the manufacturer appear. Since this product packaging is advertised as having a three-year warranty, who does the consumer contact for their warranty? There is no manual or warranty inside the packaging.
I will return the item for a refund but it annoys me that it needs to be shipped to China!
I have not found a way to report this to eBay. Can someone recommend how can register my complaint?
