    I ordered a book. I was sent an EBay Email this morning in which claimed my order was delivered to my address. The book was never delivered to my address. I demand a refund.

    You should contact your post office ASAP to ask exactly where the item was delivered (they have GPS tracking that can pinpoint the location). If mis-delivered, they should help track it down. If stolen after delivery, there is no help for that as you took possession at delivery. If the package was not addressed to you, get documentation from the post office as you'll need it after opening a case for item not received.
