Many jewelry sellers are listing their ring stone as lab grown diamonds which happen to be real diamonds grown in a laboratory setting, but the sellers are actually giving their buyers a lab created simulant which is a fake diamond. The information should be stated clearly right up front instead of having to dig to find out what you are really buying, Its clear the practice falls under deceptive advertising.
