Decade old unresolved restricted account

I haven't used ebay in over a decade. I didn't realize I had an unresolved issue that resulted in a restricted account. My inbox is empty of all messages, I have no payments attached to my account. I have no info on how to resolve this.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
