Debit Card question
I recently purchased an item with my debit card on file here at eBay. Since that purchase my card has been compromised and I need to update/change to a new card. However, the product I purchased with this card now needs to be returned. Will my return payment be automatically returned to the new card on file? Or how does this work. thank you

Mentor2 years agoGetting a new card issued should not affect the return or the refund, as long as you still have the bank account the card is linked to. The refund will go to the bank account, and the new card should be able to spend the refunded amount.
If you closed your bank account, contact your bank to see how refunds to closed accounts are handled.

OP2 years agothank you, I added a new card and left the old card on eBay, they are both from the same bank account.
