Debit card compromised twice.
Twice when I purchased items on Ebay someone got a hold of my debit card account and tried to buy something but my bank caught it. I'm very skeptical about ordering with eBay because of this past issues with purchases.

Sellers do NOT have access to our payment information ... only Adyen, eBay's payment processor.
As someone who has had my CC information compromised several times ... I know that it is impossible to tell HOW the compromise occurred ... like whether it was online or local. I strongly doubt that eBay was involved ... unless that was the ONLY company on which you used that card.
Are you aware that our government protects us from being charged for any orders we don't make ourselves? It's just a bit of a nuisance contacting our CC company to close our current CC card and be sent another one. It usually takes 2 days to get another card.
