Debit Card
i have purchased a item. I had to return it because it was the wrong item. In the meanwhile the debit card that I used I had to cancel the card. They have said they refunded it but the refund is not on my account? I text the seller and they told me to get a hold of EBay. I don’t see a way to speak to someone directly regarding this?

Mentor1 year agoSpeaking to eBay will not help you. You say you cancelled the card you used to pay for the item. Did the bank issue a new card to replace this card? If so then when eBay makes the refund the money will go to the new card. If no card was reissued you will need to talk to your bank to see how they handle this.
