You will probably be asked to provide a copy of the death certificate.
If you have access to the account, you can simply close it.

If you don't have access, the last sentence asks that you contact support staff. To do so, click the "Contact us" button at the bottom of the page. When chat opens, type "agent" and if asked again, type "close account". You should see a chat option to contact an agent.
