Death of a store owner.
The owner of a Store passed away January 2023. Her store is still open. I am not related. What happens now? Surely eBay doesn't want people trying to buy and having a negative experience.

The person handling her estate/affairs needs to contact eBay customer service. CS will want a copy of the death certificate.

OP2 years agoI thought that would be the case. I don't have a way to contact her son. Her store, Tweety Street, is still on eBay and she died in over a year ago, January of 2023. Her feedback dropped to 33% for not shipping purchases. EBay will have similar cases where the family just leaves it up to eBay. Her husband helped her with the Store, but for all I know he is not able or hasn't thought of closing it. Oh well. Thanks for the input.

Unfortunately, they can not discuss or accept info about some else's account from a 3rd party. It sounds like they will suspend the account soon anyway.
