I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing while trying to purchase an item on your platform. I have been attempting to make a payment for the item using both Visa and MasterCard, but unfortunately, my payment is not being accepted.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a solution to this problem. I have made purchases on Ebay before without any issues, so I'm not sure why this problem is occurring now. I have made sure that the card details are correct and have sufficient funds available.
Could you kindly advise me on what steps I should take to resolve this issue as soon as possible? I am eager to complete my purchase and would be grateful for any assistance you can offer.

Mentor3 years agoIt appears you have created a new account in the last two days. Did you make your past purchases using this account, or another account?
What happens when you try to pay? What message or error do you see?
Does your seller ship to the location you have selected as your Primary Shipping Address in your account settings? If not, the seller may be blocking your payment.

OP3 years agoNo, I have not purchased from this account I have just created an account to order, but every time error occurs, " Kindly please change your payment method or check your card details again", this occurs every time, I have used my VISA card again and again , then from Master card, but still this error occurs every time, kindly please suggest me what should i do now, what's the solution?

If that works, what is different about that account, other than its age?
