Dear eBay, please stop insulting your best sellers!

Question

I'm trying to contact ebay about some issues I'm having on my account. After navigating through all the unhelpful AI agents that waste my time, I finally found a page that said request a call back.

I requested the call back. No one called for an hour.

I had to navigate through the terrible helpdesk again to request a call back, and finally got a call back ten minutes late.

This call however got me now where. Just a support rep apologizing for the problems ebay is causing me then he said he would transfer me and after being on hold for 5 seconds the call was ended.

You guys have no real way of getting support, then when I do get on the phone you just hang up on me. I cannot believe the level of support you guys are providing.

Absolutely terrible!
