Dear eBay- Items are not "shipped" because the seller provided a tracking number. Items are "shipped" when the carrier is in "possession" of the item. Please correct! So tired of sellers marking items "shipped" just because a label was printed - then, there is no movement for over a week. Perfect example why eBay former popularity is slipping, shadowed of course by the burdensome seller FEES.
