Dealing with Open Box Scam - Buyers
I need some help, back in December I sold a Analogue 3D to a buyer that claimed they never got their product. However the package was sealed with proof of pictures before it was mailed out. I also the weight of the product was the same based on USPS tracking. There was no tampering of the package from my end or USPS's end. Buyer claims he didn't get anything and shows pictures of the box empty. This buyer could easily take the product out of the box and show pictures of an empty box. How is that ok or valid?
I blocked the buyer and requested a investigation into this. Some how eBay sided with the buyer on this one and now I'm out almost $400. This is wrong and I'm already thinking about taking legal action for this issue.
