Dealing with angry customer
I contacted eBay a few days ago asking him to step into help me this is a repeated buyer and she's always been very difficult and I've always go way over and beyond to try to help her she'll ask me to do something and then when I do it she'll basically talk extremely horrible to me and just say call me names like useless and I mean I'm only trying to be nice and I always send her a good amount of extra free items I feel she's just taking advantage of me you can see by probably the past messages but a few days ago I contacted eBay so I can remove the negative feedback I already refunded her for the pale it's just very confusing I don't know what's what she's had there's many orders what I need help can somebody please contact me I've tried to get a hold of customer service but I can never get through when I spoke to eBay a few days ago they said they read the messages and they feel very strongly that eBay will side with me that my messages show that I've gone way over and beyond to help her and giving her extras and giving her discounts and everything that I can do because she's a repeated buyer and I want to make her happy so I just take her abusive nature but this is just too much now the feedback I didn't even know I had until eBay went over it with me so they helped me get this resolved and have eBay look into it but now I'm trying to get an answer it's stating that I have to send a return label to her I mean it's just too confusing can somebody please help me

When a buyer asks you not to send free items she doesn't want, don't send them. In fact, I don't know why you are sending free items at all. Free items do not negate the need for you to refund for the damaged item.
There is no policy the buyer violated in her feedback that would justify removal of it so I doubt eBay would even consider it.
Personally, I would not ask the buyer to return the item. Why would you want it back? Why would you want to pay the shipping to get it back? She is under no obligation to return the item now that you have already refunded and asking her to go to the extra effort to help YOU out will just make her angrier. Don't ask a buyer to return something that you are just going to throw away (and hopefully that is what you were planning on doing with it considering its condition).
Put this experience behind you and concentrate on improving service for future transactions. List quality items that are clean and in good condition. Package them so they won't be damaged in shipping. And communicate professionally when a buyer contacts you about a problem. You need to get all those negatives behind you. Don't fixate on this one transaction or the past, but concentrate on what you can do better going forward so these types of problems don't happen again.
