Dealing with a seller that was a complete ass
Seller, lied never shipped, took days in between emails to get back to me, than when I threatened to leave bad feedback he was on top of the emails and telling me how the world doesn't revolve around me and than told me hel loves in another country when he's in Florida. I would like to let ebay know how he treated me, because thats not how to treat someone.

·3 years agoOn his feedback page what country is he in? Some sellers are in another country but their items ship from a US warehouse.
eBay doesn't doesn't care if the seller takes their time answering messages or even if they don't answer ar all. Most sellers do but it's not mandatory. If the item hasn't arrived by the expected delivery date you don't even need to talk to the seller. Just find the item in your Purchase History and let eBay know it hasn't been received.

OP3 years agoHe runs an actual business out of Florida, has a repair shop there, and a store front. He not in another country just trying to be a jurk because he was the one the screwed up. I waited 13 days before I contacted him because I normally just blow stuff off, but the tracking number said tag made. He told me they picked it up and shipped it and they messed it up and it never shipped back just stayed at the post office. All lies.
