Deadbeat Seller
Just won a no-reserve auction for a car (I was the sole bidder). Before I could send over payment, the seller declared he would not accept payment in that low of an amount and relisted the car at a higher starting price!
What can I do? Also, the new listing needs to be taken down, a.s.a.p., so that someone else doesn't win the car before I can get possession of it.
