David Yurman 18K Cuff Braclet
When exactly is eBay going to start vetting its sellers? Just when? I found five sellers (same person I would imagine) trying to push an 18k yellow gold cuff bracelet by David Yurman for a couple hundred bucks (its actually worth thousands but its fake of course) WITH NO ABILITY TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK and that is what I found in under a minute. This is blatant fraud and eBay doesn't give a **bleep**. Sad really.

eBay will refund buyers that file "not as described" returns, provided buyers notice that items are not as described.
eBay will also remove listings when rights-owners file formal "take-down" notices.
Buyers should vet the sellers they intend to purchase from themselves rather than waiting for eBay to do that for them. eBay reacts to reports from buyers and rights-owners, but eBay does very little vetting otherwise, as with a few notable exceptions, eBay never sees what the seller ships or the buyer receives, nor does eBay have any particular expertise in every sort of item for sale on the site.
There is no real substitute for buyers knowing what they buy and buying what they know, or else being prepared to get items authenticated by trusted sources in time to use eBay's money back guarantee, and avoiding new or unproven sellers offering deals that are "too good to be true".
