Date Return Option Changed in a Listing
How do I determine WHEN a return option was changed in a listing? I have a return request and don't know if the buyer purchased before or after adjusting the return option.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf the buyer filed a Return Request within 30 days of delivery with a valid reason covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you will be required to approve the return request regardless of your own return policy.
