data report
I always order a data report for the previous year's purchases orders and sales orders and the reports are always chronological order but not the one's for 2023 and I order it twice to be sure, any thoughts?

Since the reports are in spreadsheet format, you can sort them by any column heading you like.
In Excel on the data tab, highlight the rows you want to sort, then click Sort.
