data on item purchased
I purchased a CCTV PTZĀ Camera mounting arm. It worked as it advertised however I later pound out it stated it could be addressed. Thus allowing you to add additional devices. I responded to seller who refered me to another seller who responded to me that he had the data I need to allow additional addressing. He has (the new vendor) emailed me that he could provide me with the instructions on how to add the missing address data. He has asked me via ebay for my email address because he said ebay could not send the file as it was not normal for Ebay to do. If you check the messages his Ebay id is clearly displayed. The data is needed to add additional units. I would gladly provide him my address but that is forbidden by Ebay. So how do I get the needed data and still keep Ebay happy and keep my but from there Naughty list!
