anyone receive a data leak notice suggesting I change my password ?

OP3 years agomy apple iMac alerted my when I signed into my eBay. Notice said to update/ change password as the was a data leak. No idea what that was all about.

Mentor3 years agoIf you use a password manager and share passwords between sites, a breach at any one site might trigger that sort of message to tell you to change that password at all sites if the individual password may have been compromised, or if the password appears on the growing list of common passwords that hackers try first.
