Dark Chocolate Isolate Protien

Question

My past 2 orders from 2 different sellers both arrived with the wrong product. I ordered Dark chocolate and received regular chocolate from both sellers. I was wondering if sellers ship direct or reach out to a warehouse that does the shipping for them. If they reach out to the warehouse how do I let the warehouse know they keep shipping me the wrong product? This is expensive and I don't want to keep drinking something I am not happy with.

@nabre_6157 If you are not getting the flavored you ordered then you should return it for a full refund. The sellers may be drop shipping from another site, which they are not supposed to do unless they own the merchandise in the warehouse.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
