Damaged through shipping.
If a buyer received their item damaged due to shipping do I issue a refund and why's that my responsibility? Thanks in advance.

It is the seller's responsibility to make sure the item gets delivered to the buyer as described in the listing.
If the buyer filed a Return Request, you would need to approve the request and you can either have them return the item or you can issue a refund without requiring that they return the item.
You can file a claim with the shipping company if you think the damage occurred during shipping. The shipping company might deny your claim if they feel the damage was due to inadequate packaging. Have the buyer provide you with pictures of the damaged item & packaging to help you with your claim.
