Damaged shipment!
Buyer received package and item looks like it was thrown down 3 flights of stairs. Tried contacting UPS for a claim file and there telling me EBay has a restriction against me to file the claim?

Log in to your existing account - opens in new window or tab, or create an account - opens in new window or tab. It's important the email address associated with your UPS account is the same as the email address associated with your eBay account.
Enter required information, refer to the UPS Claims on UPS.com Seller guide - opens in new window or tab for workflows for lost or damaged packages.
Be sure to select and complete ‘Add Alternate Payment Recipient’ using your name/company name and address to ensure the claim payout is sent directly to you.
Ebay's UPS Account Number - Needed for Refund (6 digits right after the 1Z of the tracking number)
