Damaged shipment
If I sent out a shipment and it arrived damaged, does the buyer have any obligation to provide photos of what I asked for. She provided 4 of the product, but I know USPS also ask for photos of the box and the packaging for the claims process. She refused to send any additional pictures and said the box was not damaged and the claims process had nothing to do with her.

Unfortunately, you can't compel the buyer to send photos.
File an insurance claim with what you have.
Refund the buyer if they have opened a case.
