Damaged purchase
We received a carpet cleaner on 7/19/23. Upon putting it together we found that the roller cover is broken. One of the pieces that holds the cover to the nozzle broke off (I expect in shipping). We either need a new cover or payment for a new cover.
I have tried to contact the seller 3 times unsuccessfully. I am having trouble getting eBay to step in. I selected Purchases as directed, but there is no "See return details" as suggested in the directions.
