Damaged property
I bought some new motor mounts. The top one broke, which caused over $300 in damages and was refunded the cost of the motor mount, but who is responsible for the damages to the car caused by the motor mount being defective?

You would have to take the seller to small claims court to try to recover damage compensation. This is usually done in the location of the defendant.
