Damaged Product
So a buyer of mine received the golf club I sold her in a damaged box wheee the club broke in half. I’ve sent dozens of clubs and never had one broke in half before. The buyer wants a full refund, but it was clearly USPS at fault. What are my options? The post office should have insurance to cover it, but how do I go about it?

You need to refund the buyer in full … and then file an insurance claim with USPS if there was any insurance included in the shipping cost.
Ask the buyer for photos of the damaged club AND packaging materials, which you can attach to the insurance claim.
