Damaged package - how to get reimbursement
Hi,
I sent a package to someone that was damaged by USPS in transit. What is the process to get reimbursed by USPS and does the seller or buyer need to put in the claim?

Mentor1 year agoYou the seller file a claim on USPS.com. Make sure to tell your buyer to send you pictures to include with the claim and to keep item and packaging in case it has to be inspected.
