Damaged package
I purchased a meal suppliment called 'Almased' from an ebay seller. Of the three containers of the product one was damaged and opened and the box it came in was also severely damaged.
The seller informed me that she was NOT responsible for packaging and shipping and to look to ebay for help.
I am asking for help now. I will not share the sellers I.D., in this forum but can provide it in a more secure venue.
PLEASE HELP!!! I don't think I should lose out because of a damaged package and contents.

Your seller will quickly learn that she is responsible.
Return the item for a refund at the seller’s expense. If it was a set of 3, then you must return all 3 as they are 1 item. If you purchased 3 of the item, then you can return just the damaged one.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
