Damaged Order
I ordered a set of vintage bowls that came to me smashed. I submitted everything through eBay and got a refund in the beginning of December, but today I got a letter from USPS regarding a claim and that I need to keep the article and mailing container as they continue their investigation.
I didn’t open a claim with USPS and I certainly don’t have the package anymore.
What should I do??

Mentor9 months agoIt sounds like the seller filed an insurance claim with USPS, which is why USPS is asking for you to bring in the damaged item and packaging. All you can do is reply to the message that you disposed of everything.
