Damaged order
Who is the best to contact about an almost completely damaged order ? The deliverer ? In this case The USPS.
Item was (4) replacement brush heads for electric toothbrush. Shipping bag was shredded and original clear plastic box torn open and one brush is missing and 2 are damaged and unusable. Pieces were falling out as I picked it up.
Why would USPS even try to deliver something in that condition ?
If it USPS that I should contact, is there a contact phone number or online source to to report this ?
